The famous rock formations of Los Arcos are in direct view of the villa and can easily be kayaked to for snorkeling, or just enjoyed throughout the day from the infinity pool. A rooftop sundeck offers guests stunning views of the edge of the bay and Los Arcos to the south and a great place for early morning sunrises. Sunbathing or saluting the amazing sunsets.
Casa DeMae features a huge pool and massive built in ocean edge hot tub. A dramatic swim up bar, and wonderful shaded palapa area. The pool deck offers multiple seating/ sunning areas.

Along with beautiful beaches and jungles, you’ll discover picturesque landmarks including The Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and contemporary sculptures on the Malecón boardwalk. Visit the famous movie filming locations of Godzilla, Predator and Night of The Iguana.
Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, water activities, restaraunts, and vendors at Mismaloya Beach – located within a short walking distance from Villa Los Arcos. This lovely cove has a full view of Los Arcos Marine Reserve and is a great place to snorkel, jet ski, kayak, paddle board, or hire a boat driver.
The spectacular marine reserve is located just off of the villa’s private ocean deck. You’ll find caves, deep tunnels, arches and a beautiful reef great for snorkeling. Travel by kayak or boat and enjoy observing whales, seabirds and tropical fish.
Enjoy 64-acres of native and exotic plants from around the world. Hike the garden grounds, swim in the river, do some bird watching, enjoy a delicious lunch, and do some boutique shopping. The botanical gardens has the largest native orchid collection.
Soar high above the jungle and river at Los Veranos Canopy Tours, sailing tree top to tree top. Pet and feed monkeys, coatimundis, reptiles, and exotic birds at their animal sanctuary. Swim or kayak down the river and enjoy food at the riverfront restaurant.
